Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. n a large resealable plastic bag, (I mix in a large bowl) combine the
  2. flour, taco seasoning and salt. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk. Dip
  3. chicken pieces in egg mixture, then place in bag and shake to coat. (I do
  4. in a bowl as the flour sticks to the sides of the bag). Place bone side
  5. down in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees
  6. for 55-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
