Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in a frying pan; pour off drippings.
  3. Combine beef and remaining ingredients in a 2 quart covered casserole dish.
  4. Bake 30 minutes.
