Ingredients

  • 4 medium bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 2 c. chilled whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place bananas in a baking dish.
  2. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool the roasted bananas.
  4. Process the bananas, sugar, and rum until smooth.
  5. Add the chilled whipped cream to the banana mixture.
  6. Process until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  7. Can be made up to 4 hours ahead.
  8. Cover and chill before serving.
