Ingredients

  • 2 cups 10x sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Blend the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a mixer for 5 minutes.
  2. Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust until set.
  5. Cut the bananas into half-inch pieces.
  6. Layer the banana slices in the pan over the crust.
  7. Add a layer of pineapple on top of the bananas.
  8. Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple layer.
  9. Garnish with shredded coconut, maraschino cherries, and chopped nuts.
  10. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
