Bantoffi Pie

Instructions
- Melt 1/2 cup butter.
- Stir in crushed biscuits.
- Press into a pie pan.
- Place remaining butter and sugar in a pan and heat gently, stirring until butter melts.
- Add milk and heat stirring continuously until simmering.
- Simmer on low heat for exactly 5 minutes to make a light golden caramel.
- Keep stirring.
- Pour over biscuit base and allow to cool in refrigerator. Serve chilled or for a softer toffee, serve at room temperature.
- Top with bananas and whipped cream.
