Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken breasts in the crock-pot.
  2. Mix together barbecue sauce, water, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Turn the chicken over after half of the cooking time if possible.
  6. Serve when chicken is tender and falls off the bone.
