Baretta'S Squash Casserole

Instructions
- Boil onion and squash together until tender.
- Drain and mash slightly.
- Set aside.
- Grate carrot and mix with sour cream, 1/2 bag of stuffing, stuffing seasoning, soup and chicken broth.
- Add squash and mix together.
- Add margarine to remaining stuffing; microwave and mix together.
- Add to top of casserole.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
