Instructions
- Blend flour, salt and shortening into coarse crumbs.
- Mix vinegar, beaten egg and ice water together; add to flour mixture. Add more water if necessary to work into soft dough ball. Refrigerate 30 minutes to let dough rest.
- Press into pie plate.
