- In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well.
- In saucepan, heat water, milk and Butter Buds until warm (120° to 130°).
- Add with egg to flour mixture.
- Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium.
- By hand, stir in 3 cups flour.
- Knead in 1 to 2 cups flour until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 to 60 minutes.
