Basil Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil and butter.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Put in casserole dish.
  4. Place fresh basil leaves on top of breasts, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
