Ingredients

  • 6 large Shredded Wheat
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. regular sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. regular sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Crumble in bowl the Shredded Wheat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Drizzle with melted margarine.
  4. Toss to coat. Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam.
  5. Press mixture into cups.
  6. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Cool in cups; carefully remove with knife.
