Instructions
- Place cornmeal, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan and add boiling water.
- Add milk, beaten eggs and baking powder.
- Melt butter in casserole and swish to coat container.
- Add butter to saucepan.
- Cook slowly on top of stove.
- When it thickens, put in casserole and bake at 400° to 425° for approximately 25 minutes.
