Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Put hamburger in heavy skillet.
  2. Add onion and small amount of water.
  3. Cook, keeping loose.
  4. Do not brown.
  5. When pink is gone from meat, add catsup, salt and chili powder.
  6. Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked and seasonings blended.
  7. Let set for a while. Remove "oil" that comes to top.
