Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup no-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the instant pudding with a whisk and the milk until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and yogurt, then whisk again until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
  4. Spoon into dishes and top with your choice of fresh fruit such as strawberries, peaches, berries, or drained canned pineapple.
