Ingredients

  • angel food cake
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1 package frozen sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Line a long dish with slices of angel food cake.
  2. Dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of hot water and mix it with the frozen sliced strawberries.
  3. Pour the strawberry jello mixture over the cake in the dish.
  4. Allow the jello to congeal.
  5. Mix the vanilla pudding with the milk until smooth.
  6. Cover the jello layer with the pudding mixture.
  7. Optional: Top with coconut or whipped cream before serving.
