Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs in another bowl and add scalded milk and melted butter once cooled.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the flour and mix well until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat, ensuring it doesn't brown.
  6. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the hot pan and quickly swirl to cover the bottom.
  7. Cook until the crepe is lightly browned, then turn and cook the other side briefly.
