BBQ Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless roast beef
  • 16 ounces of favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 hamburger buns or 8 hard rolls

Instructions

  1. Place roast in Crock Pot.
  2. Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
  3. Remove the roast.
  4. Shred the meat with 2 forks.
  5. Pour out any liquid in Crock Pot.
  6. Return the meat to the Crock Pot and add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar,, lemon juice and onion.
  7. Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
  8. Serve with hamburger buns or hard rolls.
