Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 jars bbq sauce
  • 1/2 jar apricot jam
  • 2 tsp. hickory smoked salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2-3 lbs. country-style boneless spare ribs, cut into bite size pieces
  • cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Mix bbq sauce with soy sauce, ham and hickory smoked salt. Put ribs in a slow cooker and add this mixture to it and stir. cook on low 9-10 hours.
  2. Serve over rice.
