Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, in small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, cooking sherry, and dry onion soup mix.
  3. Add the beef pieces to the mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer everything into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 60 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
