Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 box beancurd
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 2 tsp Chicken Stock powder
  • 1 pinch White pepper powder
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. sliced Carrot & beancurd into thin slices set a side
  2. Steamed chicken breast and Pulled meat into thin slices
  3. Stir fried Carrot, add in water bring to boil, add in remaining ingredients, bring to boil added Chicken Stock Powder and white pepper to taste.
  4. spring Onion & sesame oil to garnish
