Becky'S Fudge

A rich, crunchy fudge combining chocolate, butterscotch, Chinese noodles, and walnuts for a sweet treat perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 large package chocolate bits
  • 1 small package butterscotch bits
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate bits and butterscotch bits in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Add the Chinese noodles and walnuts (if using) to the melted mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch lightly buttered pan and spread evenly.
  4. Let cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
