Instructions
- Score steak diagonally on both sides at 1-inch intervals in diamond pattern.
- Spread mustard over both sides.
- Chill, covered, for several hours.
- Grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
- Stack tortillas; wrap in foil.
- Place on edge of grill to warm.
- Cut steak into thin slices.
- Spoon onto warm tortillas.
- Top with mixture of onion, tomatoes and chilies. Roll tortillas to enclose filling.
- Yield:
- 6 servings.
