Ingredients

  • lemon wedges
  • corn
  • tomato
  • salad oil
  • water
  • onion
  • seasoning mix
  • beef stew meat
  • zucchini

Instructions

  1. Cut stew meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Brown meat in salad oil in a Dutch oven.
  3. Add beef and bean seasoning mix, onions and water.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and zucchini, cover and simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
