Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 roll beef sausage
  • 1/2 package loose hash browns
  • 12 oz shredded cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread crescent rolls in an ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle with hash browns and uncooked beef sausage over the rolls.
  3. Cover with shredded cheese, chopped onion, red bell pepper, green pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour beaten eggs with water evenly over all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
