Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef brisket
  • 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Sprinkle some of the dehydrated onion soup mix onto the foil.
  3. Place the beef brisket in the middle of the pan and surround it with the remaining onion soup mix.
  4. Enclose the beef and onion mix with the aluminum foil, folding over all sides tightly to seal.
  5. Place in a 250°F oven and cook for 7 hours, until the brisket is tender and flavorful.
  6. Serve as desired, enjoying the easy, savory beef dish.
