Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 2 can of water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the cooked beef with uncooked Minute Rice, chopped celery, soy sauce, and sliced mushrooms in a casserole dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the mushroom soup with water until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the meat and rice mixture, mixing well.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
