Ingredients

  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Season and brown meat; boil noodles and drain.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and hot noodles.
  3. Add Mozzarella cheese, meat and sauce.
  4. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350°.
  5. Then top with Cheddar and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
