- Mix all ingredients together with hands.
- Add enough to meet your taste.
- There is no certain amount of one thing.
- Let beef set in liquid overnight.
- Lay flat on cookie sheet; let dry in a warm oven overnight or if it is cold weather, hang beef in front of a wood burning stove for 1 or 2 days.
