Ingredients

  • 1 (4 lb.) boneless pot roast*
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. *Cook in water until soft, about 2 hours.
  2. Slice into 1/4-inch strips.
