Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1/4 cup oleo (butter), melted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet.
  2. Drain off the fat from the cooked meat.
  3. Melt the oleo (butter) in the frypan.
  4. Add flour to the melted oleo and cook until bubbly.
  5. Pour in milk and stir until the sauce thickens, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Optionally, add 2 boiled eggs that have been cut up to the sauce.
  7. Serve the sauce over toasted bread.
