Ingredients

  • 6 beef shanks
  • 1 envelope onion soup
  • 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can condensed beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place 3 beef shanks on the bottom of the crock-pot.
  2. Pour the onion soup mix and half of the tomato sauce over the beef shanks.
  3. Add the remaining beef shanks, the rest of the tomato sauce, and the condensed beef broth.
  4. Cook on low heat for approximately 8 hours.
