Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in melted butter for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
  2. Add chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, and soy sauce.
  3. Cook slowly for 10 minutes.
  4. Add water.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat until the gravy thickens.
