Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. wine
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp. orange peel
  • 24 cabbage, lettuce or similar leaves

Instructions

  1. Filling:
  2. Mix ground beef and rest of the ingredients thoroughly until the meat is sticky, then marinate it for 10 minutes. Squeeze 1 portion of the filling into a ball.
  3. Dip a spoon in water, then use the spoon to remove the meatball. Place the meatball on a leaf. Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
