- Filling:
- Mix ground beef and rest of the ingredients thoroughly until the meat is sticky, then marinate it for 10 minutes. Squeeze 1 portion of the filling into a ball.
- Dip a spoon in water, then use the spoon to remove the meatball. Place the meatball on a leaf. Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
