Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef tips
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10.5 oz can French onion soup
  • 1 8 oz carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef tips in a skillet.
  2. Combine the browned beef tips, cream of mushroom soup, and French onion soup in the crock pot.
  3. Let simmer all day on low heat.
  4. Just before serving, add the sour cream and stir well.
  5. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
