Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except oil and broth.
- Shape into small 1-inch meatballs.
- Preheat frypan on high setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Lightly brush frypan with oil.
- Add half of meatballs and fry until lightly browned, turning occasionally.
- When meatballs are browned, remove and repeat with remaining meatballs. Drain.
- Return all meatballs to frypan.
- Add broth to frypan.
- Cover and turn frypan temperature to low. Simmer for about 5 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve on toothpick from frypan.
- These meatballs may be frozen for later use.
