Beef turnovers feature tender roast beef wrapped in flaky pie crust, baked to golden perfection, perfect as a hearty snack or easy appetizer for gatherings.

- Cut the pie crusts into 4 sections each, resulting in 8 pieces.
- Loosen the sliced roast beef and cut into 8 even sections.
- Place one section of pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Put one portion of roast beef in the center of the crust.
- Fold over the crust to enclose the beef and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Make 3 slits on top of each turnover for steam to escape.
- Repeat with remaining crust sections and beef portions.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with heated Heinz brown gravy.
