Ingredients

  • 18 oz. pkg. frozen vegetable mix
  • 1 small pkg. stew meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 8 c. water
  • 1 tsp. peppercorn
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Simmer beef until tender.
  2. Add other ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
