Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz. can crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced scallion
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pkg. butterflake rolls
  • 5 oz. water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Separate rolls into thirds (36 total).
  3. Top each with mixture and slice of water chestnut.
  4. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
