Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 garlic buds
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine

Instructions

  1. Combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, water, and red wine in a large saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Serve hot over cooked pasta or your favorite dish.
