Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe glass measuring cup, and cook on high power until boiling, stirring after 1 minute, and making sure it doesn't boil over.
  2. Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, or waffles.
