Ingredients

  • 24 oz. low-fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 c. low-fat granola cereal
  • 5 c. fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In dessert or parfait glasses, layer yogurt, granola, and berries until the dish or glass is full, typically three layers.
  2. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve as a dessert, at brunch, or as an anytime snack.
