Ingredients

  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Instructions

  1. Pour into round cake tin.
  2. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
  3. Yum!
