Best Ever Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon lightly; add onion.
  2. Cook until tender and lightly browned.
  3. Add potatoes and water.
  4. Cook until tender (1/2 hour). Add corn.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add soups; bring to a boil, stirring until well blended.
  7. Before serving, heat milk and add to the mixture.
