Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in orange juice and water until smooth.
  3. Add grated orange rind, butter, and raisins.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat and cook gently for 3 minutes, stirring.
