Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb. sausage meat, removed from skin
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 c. smooth salsa
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Saute sausage meat and cook.
  2. Add chilies, salsa and cheese. Spray mini-muffin pan with baking spray; individually fit wonton wrappers into pans as a shell.
  3. Spoon in filling.
  4. Cook at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and chopped scallions before serving.
