Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the sour cream mixture.
  3. Roll the coated chicken in stuffing mix until well covered.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  5. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of melted butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the chicken is cooked through, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
