Beth'S Vegetable Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. mixed vegetables, cooked *
  • 1 c. medium cream sauce *
  • 1 Tbsp. pkg. coleslaw seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Place spaghetti in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Pour melted butter over top.
  3. Put in 350° oven for 10 minutes.
  4. When you make standard recipe cream medium sauce, substitute coleslaw seasoning for salt.
  5. Add cooked vegetables to sauce and optional meat.
  6. Stir together and pour into pie shell.
  7. Heat at 350° an additional 15 minutes or so.
  8. May top with grated cheese if you wish.
