"Better For You" Cake

Ingredients

  • yellow, white or chocolate cake
  • 1/3 c. applesauce
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray cake pan with Pam.
  3. Mix cake and other ingredients for two minutes on high speed.
  4. Pour batter in pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool, remove and frost cake with "light" can frosting.
  7. Very good.
