Ingredients

  • 1 lb. graham crackers
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 2 pkg. pre-softened unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. soft butter

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk.
  3. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Blend in whipped topping.
  5. Pour half of mixture over crackers.
  6. Place a second layer of crackers.
  7. Pour remaining pudding mix over second layer.
  8. Add third layer of crackers.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
