Instructions
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Place in a large casserole.
- Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Add onion.
- Mix flour and milk together until flour is smooth.
- Pour over potatoes and onion. Now dot this mixture with butter; place pork chops on top.
- Salt and pepper to taste and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
