Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 to 5 center cut pork chops
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Place in a large casserole.
  3. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  4. Add onion.
  5. Mix flour and milk together until flour is smooth.
  6. Pour over potatoes and onion. Now dot this mixture with butter; place pork chops on top.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
